Policy
Our secure, cryptographically protected protocol for reporting ethical anomalies. We enforce absolute anonymity and strict zero-retaliation for good-faith whistleblowers.
DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD
Whistleblower & Telemetry Protection Protocol
1. The Integrity of Corporate Telemetry
At DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD, our engineering ethos is built on deterministic transparency and mathematical truth. We recognize that the integrity of our enterprise relies not only on secure code, but on the ethical conduct of our personnel, executives, and supply chain partners.
This Speak Up (Whistleblower) Protocol establishes a secure, cryptographically protected framework for reporting suspected operational, ethical, or legal anomalies. It ensures full compliance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and reinforces our commitment to a zero-retaliation culture.
2. Scope of Reportable Anomalies
We encourage the immediate reporting of any verifiable telemetry indicating critical misconduct. Reportable anomalies include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Obfuscation: Fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or violations of our KYC/AML protocols.
- Security Cover-ups: Deliberate concealment of data breaches, cryptographic failures, or unauthorized access to our Sovereign Perimeter Control environments.
- Corporate Corruption: Bribery, kickbacks, or unethical influence in procurement and engineering decisions.
- Human Rights Violations: Any suspected incidents of modern slavery, forced labor, or severe workplace discrimination within our operations or vendor network.
- Regulatory Breaches: Non-compliance with GDPR, DORA, or other mandatory European regulatory frameworks.
3. Cryptographic Anonymity and Zero Retaliation
We guarantee absolute protection for individuals submitting reports in good faith.
Zero Retaliation: DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of retaliation, demotion, harassment, or professional isolation directed at a whistleblower. Any employee or executive found executing retaliatory measures will face immediate termination and potential legal prosecution.
Anonymity: You have the sovereign right to remain completely anonymous. If you choose to disclose your identity, it will be cryptographically isolated and restricted solely to the designated Compliance Officers handling the investigation, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
4. The Reporting Matrix
To submit a report, please utilize our secure, end-to-end encrypted communication channels. For maximum operational security, we recommend submitting telemetry from a non-corporate device outside of our managed network infrastructure.
- Encrypted Email: compliance123prototype.at (PGP key available upon request for highly sensitive data transmission).
- Direct Executive Escalation: For anomalies involving senior compliance officers, reports may be routed directly to the external advisory board via documented secure channels provided in internal employee onboarding packets.
5. Deterministic Investigation Protocol
Every report submitted to the Compliance Matrix triggers a deterministic investigation protocol:
- Triage and Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your report within exactly seven (7) calendar days (if a secure return channel is provided).
- Forensic Audit: An impartial internal committee, or if necessary, an external cryptographic auditing firm, will conduct a forensic investigation into the reported anomaly.
- Resolution and Feedback: The whistleblower will receive a conclusive status update regarding the investigation's outcome within three (3) months, detailing the architectural or personnel remediation executed.
6. Malicious Telemetry
While we rigorously protect good-faith reporting, the deliberate submission of fabricated telemetry or malicious falsehoods designed to damage the Agency or its personnel is a severe violation of this protocol. Such actions are not protected under the safe harbor provisions and will be subject to disciplinary logic.
