Modern Slavery
Statement
Our deterministic zero-tolerance protocol against forced labor and human trafficking. We architect our supply chains with the same rigorous integrity as our software systems.
DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD
Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Protocol
1. Organizational Structure and Engineering Ethos
DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD operates as an elite software architecture and engineering agency. Our core operational asset is highly specialized intellectual capital: senior systems architects, cryptographic engineers, and data scientists.
Given the highly technical and heavily compensated nature of our direct workforce, the statistical risk of modern slavery or human trafficking occurring within our internal operational perimeter is mathematically negligible. However, we recognize that our digital infrastructure relies on a broader global supply chain, and we remain deterministically vigilant in enforcing human rights across all commercial vectors.
2. Supply Chain Architecture and Risk Assessment
As a digital entity, our physical supply chain is abbreviated. Our primary procurement categories involve:
- Infrastructure Providers: Tier-1 data centers, cloud compute providers, and bare-metal server manufacturers.
- Software and Tooling: Enterprise SaaS platforms for CI/CD, telemetry, and internal operations.
- Specialized Sub-contractors: Independent, highly vetted freelance engineers or specialized consulting agencies utilized for niche architectural deployments.
We have identified that the highest potential risk within our supply chain lies in the manufacturing of the physical hardware utilized in data centers. We algorithmically filter our procurement to utilize providers who demonstrably enforce their own rigorous human rights audits.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy and Vendor Auditing
We enforce an absolute, zero-tolerance protocol regarding forced labor, child labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking.
Before deploying proprietary code or client data to any external cloud or bare-metal provider, we verify their corporate compliance. We require all primary infrastructure partners to publish their own verifiable Modern Slavery Statements and adhere to the strict labor standards defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO). Failure to provide transparent labor compliance documentation results in immediate disqualification from our approved vendor matrix.
4. Ethical Procurement of Engineering Talent
When DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD engages external contractors or freelance architects to augment our capabilities:
- We enforce strict adherence to our KYC/AML Policy to verify the legal identity and corporate standing of the independent contractor.
- We guarantee that all financial remuneration significantly exceeds local living wages and is commensurate with elite engineering standards.
- We strictly adhere to EU labor directives regarding maximum working hours, ensuring our engineering environments do not mandate forced overtime or create burnout conditions.
5. Telemetry of Violations and Whistleblowing
We maintain a secure, cryptographically protected reporting channel for all internal staff, external contractors, and supply chain partners. If any individual detects anomalies or suspects human rights violations within our operational sphere, they are empowered and legally protected to report this telemetry directly to our executive board without fear of professional retaliation.
Please refer to our forthcoming Speak-Up / Whistleblower Policy for detailed cryptographic routing of anonymous reports.
6. Continuous Iteration and Board Approval
This statement is published in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent European corporate sustainability reporting directives. It constitutes our formal slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
This protocol has been formally reviewed, verified, and approved by the Executive Board of DIGITAL PROTOTYPE LTD. We will iterate and audit these supply chain controls annually to ensure continuous alignment with global human rights standards.
